Fernando Terere is one of the best competitors of all times. The charismatic fighter helped usher in the modern era of jiu-jitsu in the late 90s and early 2000s.
But his time at the top was cut short by an undiagnosed mental illness and a subsequent fall into drug abuse and homelessness.
His return from the brink was nothing short of amazing, and we’r proud to show a little of his work now he is healthy.
